By signing a contract with Celerative, you are signing to be a services provider. This means that your payment is according to the initial agreement in terms of your contract, and you can only bill for the services delivered. Your payment is a fee you charge Celerative for your services, is not a salary.
It is a requirement to fulfill a W8-BEN or a W9 Form (depending on your residency country). You can find it in your Celerative profile, here. For more information, please check the IRS site:
The equipment necessary to develop and deliver the work must be arranged by the expert and is responsible for any update and/or upgrade of that equipment if the project requires it. Celerative will not provide any software, hardware, or internet connection.
The suite of tools for the daily work in the project will be provided by Celerative or the customer. You'll receive invites and instructions to join the project tools on your kick-off day. Tools available for project tracking and documentation:
Will be executed within the first 5 business days of the month. The payment method will be defined at the beginning of the process, you'll be able to change it when you want.

Holidays or time off must be required to Celerative at least 2 weeks in advance, following this process. Holidays or time won't be paid by Celerative.
To consider: Customers need to approve dates for time off, it should not affect project planning.
National holidays will be considered according to customer's calendar.
