Who owns the Intellectual Property of the produced work?
Any Intellectual Property produced by the collaboration and tracked within the platform is protected by contract and owned by the customer. We seamlessly integrate with the most popular project management platforms so the collaboration and tracking are virtually transparent.
I really like working with my team of experts, can I hire them as employees? ​
Yes! We offer a contract-to-hire option for our experts. If you know in advance that this is an option you’d like to consider, please let us know so we can find experts that are eligible to work in your country.

What if I don't like the project I'm in?
You can always rely on your assigned success manager to discuss anything you need from advice to questions. If the assigned project turns out not to be what you expected, we’ll kick in to find out how the situation can be improved and in the worst case scenario, we’ll match you to a new project.
